I don't really know why I started a tumblr. Maybe because I've had xanga for almost 9 years now and need change. Or maybe because everyone seems to have one. Or maybe because I'm just that random.

Please do keep our search for the venue in your prayers. The theme for this year’s precon is “Rooted”, which comes from the verse Jeremiah 17:7-8 “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose hope is the Lord. He is like a tree planted beside the waters that stretches out its roots to the stream: It fears not the heat when it comes, its leaves stay green; In the year of the drought it shows no distress, but still bears fruit.” After being reminded last year of how great and mighty our God was, we’ve been lead to remain in Him by being rooted in Him. This sets us up for the conference theme which is “Now Strong” in which we rely in God’s strength rather than our own to live a full life in Christ.
